Responsibilities

Full-cycle accounts payable processing
General ledger coding and transaction posting
Bank and account reconciliations
Assist with payroll tax filings
Manage multiple accounts in a deadline-driven setting

Requirements

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of debits & credits and their impact on financial statements
Experience with accounting software and Excel
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volume and multiple deadlines
